KMSB is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia as a G7 grade contractor, the highest available classification. This allows us to tender for construction projects of unlimited value and reflects our financial standing, technical capability and experience.
Kencana Megajaya Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 22 October 2012 and is registered in Malaysia as a private limited company.
KMSB pursues joint intellectual property development with NanoMalaysia Berhad, an agency under Malaysia's Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, subject to applicable IP arrangements, part of how we keep Code+'s underlying science independently grounded rather than self-declared.
KMSB holds main applicator status for Code+ construction materials, covering waterproofing membranes, protective coatings and specialist construction chemical systems, supported by independent EPD certification. This partnership allows us to deliver manufacturer-backed application works to our clients.
