About KMSB
A Malaysian technology and innovation company turning carbon reduction into measurable performance, backed by our licensed G7 contractor status.
Company Overview
Kencana Megajaya Sdn. Bhd. (KMSB) was incorporated on 22 October 2012 and is based in Temasya Industrial Park, Shah Alam, Selangor. In 2016, a Malaysian researcher developed Code+ 505 and Code+ 515, our proprietary water-based nano-graphene concrete enhancement technologies, and KMSB has grown from that discovery into a technology and innovation company focused on reducing CO2 emissions across construction, data centres and oil and gas.
We hold CIDB's G7 grade, the highest classification issued by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia, permitting us to tender for projects of unlimited value. Rather than distribute Code+ through third parties, we apply it ourselves with our own trained teams across the Klang Valley, Johor and Penang, because correct application is what makes the technology work. We also pursue joint IP development with NanoMalaysia Berhad, an agency under Malaysia's Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.

Our Mission
Carbon reduction is everyone's responsibility. We develop materials, AI analytics and QPMF technologies that help construction, data centre and oil and gas projects use fewer resources and perform better, without compromising efficiency or industrial growth.
Our Vision
To position Malaysian-developed technology as a meaningful part of the journey toward carbon neutrality, nationally and internationally, proving our impact with measured, captured and demonstrated results rather than claims.
What Guides Us

Verified, Not Claimed
We put Code+ through independent, certified-body verification rather than general sustainability language, so our environmental impact is third-party checked, not self-reported.

Quality We Control
We install Code+ ourselves with our own trained applicator teams instead of third-party distributors, because correct application is what makes the technology actually work.

Partnership & Technology Transfer
We pursue joint IP development with NanoMalaysia Berhad, collaborate with universities on technology transfer, and take part in government-to-government projects.
Ahead of Regulation
We invest in carbon capture, low-carbon materials and digital carbon monitoring ahead of what's required today, building the capability before we need it.
